7 Day Free Trial Terms & Conditions:
Easywash reserves the right to cancel or restrict memberships and or ammend membership terms at anytime for any reason at their sole discretion.

Permission:
Your signature constitutes agreement to the terms & conditions below and permission for Easywash to contact you by mail, email, sms or phone.

7 Day Free Trial:
You will receive use of your Preferred Membership for seven (7) calendar days starting from the day you sign up (Day 1) hereby known as the Trial Period. Trial Memberships will renew automatically at the rate of $49 a month indefinitely, unless proper notice of cancellation has been received by Easywash. Limit of one (1) trial per customer. Those attempting to receive a second trial will automatically be billed the monthly rate.

Wash Usage:
Preferred Memberships are limited to 6 washes per month. If you require more washes please advise the concierge.

Auto Renewal:
Memberships auto renew every thirty (30) days for an indefinite period until canceled by you.

Cancellation:
It is your sole responsibility to cancel. Cancelation must be received at least 12hrs prior to your next billing date (noon on Day 7 for trials) & you can cancel in person with our concierge or online at easywash.com > customer care. We do not accept phone cancellations. Once a membership has been billed it will not be refunded and no credits are issued for partial periods. If you miss your cancellation deadline you agree NOT to dispute/chargeback the fee with your credit card provider.
